NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-12984 DIV H UCN: 292009CA012984XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB is Plaintiff and JOE MENENDEZ JR; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, LESS THAT PART IN RIGHT-OF-WAY OF AVENIDA DE REPUBLICA DE CUBA (14TH STREET BY PLAT), BLOCK 8, PANAMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF ALLEY (NOW CLOSED) LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 7, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY.
