Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 3409, Building 17, of BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16784, Page 1450, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as: 3409 Pine Trace Circle, Valrico, FL 33594, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on June 23, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
