NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida on June 23rd, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
Lot 4, of THE SHOALS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 87, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 926 Shoals Landing Drive, Brandon, Florida 33511.
