NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 6, 2011 in Case No. 2007-CA-015216-SC, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County Florida, that I will sell the below-described property at public sale to the highest and best bidder on June 13, 2011, at 9:00 A.M, electronically on-line line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
Lot 18, Block 1525, Thirtieth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, According to the Map or Plat Thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 14, 14A Through 14Q, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
