NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13th, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-002553 Section I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is a Plaintiff and LANNIE H. ANDERSON A/K/A HURTON L. ANDERSON, SUSAN K. UGLEM, CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION D/B/A FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Rm 202 at 2:00pm on June 24th, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK 1, CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE TWO VILLAGE III, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 14805 FARNHAM WAY, TAMPA, FL 33624.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
