NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2011 and entered in 10 CA 007769 C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-W3., is the Plaintiff and LINDA BRETT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA BRETT, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 10:00AM on June 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK H, RIVER BEND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
