NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005968-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Robert W. Tull and Sandra M. Tull, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 64, BLOCK 3, TAMARON, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 5 AND 5A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
