WEST 26 FEET OF LOT 4 AND EAST 11 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 3, IN REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITIONS TO WEST TAMPA, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before June 27, 2011 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
