NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 13, 2011, in Case No. 2008-CA-012092 SC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 12, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 663, FOURTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 13, 13A THROUGH 13Q INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
