LOT 106, EMERALD POINTE TOWNHOMES AT TAMPA PALMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 16303 NEWBURY PALMS CT , TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on June 23, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
