NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 13, 2011 in Case No. 2007-CA-012833-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 12, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, GEORGETOWNE SUBDIVISION, UNIT I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42, 42A THROUGH 42D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
