Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Default Final Judgment Against Defendant, LITHIA OAKS BUSINESS CENTER, L.L.C., and Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-004163 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m./in in the Civil Lobby on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in Tampa, Florida on the 24 day of June, 2011 the follow described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run the South 0 deg 01” West 195.16 feet along the East boundary of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 , thence South 84 deg 09” West 496.61 feet, thence North 33 deg 00' West 200.53 feet, thence South 89 deg 04” East 209 feet, parallel to the North boundary of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 , thence North 33 deg 00' West 104.5 feet to said North boundary, thence East along the North Boundary of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the Point of Beginning, LESS right of way for Lithia Pinecrest Road.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
