NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2011 and an Order Rescheduling Sale dated February 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 016613 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and carlos g. castellanos; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; JOHN DOE n/k/a JAVIER MARTINEZ, are Defendants.

LOT 14 AND 15, BLOCK D, REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
