and commonly known as: 11110 CARRIAGE HILL DR APT 1, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
