NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage foreclosure dated May 4, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004110-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WHITNEY NATIONAL, a national banking association, and as successor by merger to SIGNATURE BANK. is the Plaintiff and MINARK PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, ELR HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, DEAN R. MLINARICH, an individual, FAY B. MLINARICH, an individual and UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on July 5, 2011, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 707, CREST RIDGE GARDENS UNIT SEVEN according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 134, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
