Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 28th day of April, 2011, in the cause wherein MICHAEL WINTERS, was plaintiff and GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, LLC., AND JOHN JEWETT, was defendant, being case number 09-022539 in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, LLC., AND JOHN JEWETT, in and to the following described property, to wit:

I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, LLC., AND JOHN JEWETT, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
