NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-001673-ES of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Huntington Ridge Town Homes Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and MARTIN T. PRIORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN T. PRIORE and SUNTRUST BANK are Defendants, the below described-property will be sold, to the highest and best bidder for cash: at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot No. 38 of HUNTINGTON RIDGE TOWN HOMES, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 50 at Page 33 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; the street address of which is: 2251 Park Crescent Drive, Land O'Lakes, FL 34639 .
