NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of May, 2010, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 51-2007-CA-6634, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on June 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 3, VILLAGES AT WESLEY CHAPEL PHASE IB, IC, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 120-122, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
