NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000823-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Judy D. Brooks, Ryan C. Alise are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 335, A REPLAT OF LAKE PADGETT SOUTH, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
