NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000900 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SOUTHTRUST MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DAWN M. MCFETRIDGE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN M. MCFETRIDGE N/K/A JAMIE BOLEN; JASPER AT SAPPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAPPHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 8034, JASPER AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2559, PAGE 2848, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2583, PAGE 1223, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
