NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001518 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CASEY ANN PHELAN; ISMAEL GONZALEZ; TERRACE IV AT CYPRESS TRACE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS WOODS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2728, BUILDING 27, TERRACE IV AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3672, PAGE 2169 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
