notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-003187 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee For The Certificateholders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OH3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OH3, Plaintiff and Ramon Dorta, Jr. and Olga L. Dorta, husband and wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., June 13, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 10, UNIT 60, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
