notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005347 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., as Successor by Merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Plaintiff and Tadeusz Strycharz and Ana Kalata a/k/a Anna Kalata are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 13, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT 30 FEET WIDE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID PROPERTY. ALL OTHER CALLS POINT TO THIS BEARING TO BE “NORTH 0 DEGREES 19'10” EAST”. THE PLAT BEARING FOR THIS LINE IS “SOUTH 00 DEGREES 19'10” WEST”.
