notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006342 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Boniface, Micheline Prophete, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK C OF PINEVIEN VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
