Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 13, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Collier County, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
The West 75 feet of West 150 feet of Tract 48, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 27, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 17, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered into on May 17, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
