notice is hereby given pursuant to the A Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated May 18, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-579-JM of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Briarwood Property Owners Association, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff and Keith Tompkins and Angela Tompkins., the Defendant)s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the First Floor of the Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block B, Briarwood, Unit 2, according to the Plat Thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 92 through 94, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
