REIGLE, TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES B. REIGLE AMENDED AND RESTATED TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 30, 1985; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE JAMES B. REIGLE AMENDED AND RESTATED TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 30, 1985; JAMES B. UNIT 207, BUILDING 6, OF LAKE BARRINGTON 4C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 2614, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 2614, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
