NOTICE IS GIVEN, that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 6, 2010, in Civil Action 07-03313-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JORGE ANDINO, et al., are the Defendants, and WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff , I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium, on the First Floor at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 16 day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 806, of Grande Phoenician, at the Grande Preserve, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4091, page 687, and as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with exclusive right to use Parking Spaces GL-122 and GL-34, right to use the limited common elements appurtenant to Unit 806 and an undivided share of the common elements of the Condominium, declared in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
