notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005809 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Services 2006-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Dijana Foley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., June 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 OF SOUTH SHORE VILLAS AT CROWN POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
