Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on May 19, 2011 in Case No.: 08-CA-009998 in the Circuit Court of for the Twentieth Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Beverly J. Justice, Lawrence K. Justice, Quail Creek Property Owners Association, Inc.; Jpmorgan Chase Bank, National Association are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 2010, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 11, Block L, QUAIL CREEK UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 124 and 125, of the Public Records Of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
