You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of JUDY CREEK, deceased, File Number 11-413-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112; that the total cash value of the estate is $ 2,461.58 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Bradley G. Creek, 4523 Boabadilla Street, Naples, Florida; Son; Robert W. Creek, 4523 Boabadilla Street, Naples, Florida; Son. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
