The following repair shop gives notice of lien and intent to sell pursuant to subsection 713.858 of the FL. ST., to satisfy any liens. Interested parties may call the number listed below. Be advise that the owner and or the Lienholder has a right to a hearing prior to the secluded date of sale by filing with the Clerk Of Court. Owners/Lienholder may recover vehicle without judicial proceeding by posting a bond as per FL ST 559.917. Net proceeds will be dispensed with the Clerk Of Courts. We also reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
