BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and BRIAN MARTIN; AMY MARTIN; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; ANDOVER LAKES, PHASE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
