NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Planning & Zoning Board will hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL on June 6, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider a recommendation to revise Section 118-1297 of the Code of Ordinances dealing with fences, walls and enclosures of swimming pools titled:
ORDINANCE 11-13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 118, ARTICLE VI, DIVISION 7, SECTION 118-1297 OF THE WINTER GARDEN CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR FENCES, WALLS, AND SWIMMING POOL ENCLOSURES; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the proposed changes may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday of each week at 300 West Plant Street. For more information, please contact Tim Wilson at 656-4111, ext. 2321.
Interested parties may appear at the meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearings. Any persons wishing to appeal a decision of the Public body should ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
