NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on May 18, 2011, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 15, 2011, the following described properties:
AS TO COUNT I - L. G. ASSANG AND M. M. ASSANG
Unit Week 28 in Unit 0086, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT III - G. ENRIQUE GARZA G. AND MA. DEL REFUGIO E. DE GARZA
Unit Week 30 in Unit 0026, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT IV - CHRISTINE HARRISON
Unit Week 41 in Unit 0062, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT VII - RONALD J. RIVERA AND MARIE A. RIVERA
Unit Week 44 in Unit 0016, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT XI - HARRY TOLLIVER AND DEBRA TOLLIVER
Unit Week 28 in Unit 0004, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT XII - EARNEST TUNSTALL AKA ERNEST TUNSTALL AND MICHELE TUNSTALL
Unit Week 43 in Unit 0085, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
