CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HYB6 is the Plaintiff, and KARNIT BASHAN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 27, EMERALD FOREST UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 109 AND 110 AMONG THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
