Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated October 24, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-015554-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-61 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-61 is the Plaintiff, and BOBBIE EVANS, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 38, LAKE STEER POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 107 AND 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
