NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038654 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM BRYANT ROLAND A/K/A WILLIAM B. ROLAND, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23rd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 27, KENSINGTON AT EASTWOOD, ACCORDING PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 16 THROUGH 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
