ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff, and DEYDRY A. CAPELLAN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 79, HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 520, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 47, at Pages 109 through 114, inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
