NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-35561, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR A DJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and ELAINE FLEMING A/K/A ELAINE H. FLEMING A/K/A ELAINE HUSZAR FLEMING A/K/A ELAINE LOUISE FLEMING, JOHN FLEMING A/K/A JOHN J. FLEMING A/K/A JOHN JAMES FLEMING, SAWMILL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 194, SAWMILL PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 86, 87 AND 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
