NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-26927, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and NANCY K. SNYDER, ASHINGTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE N/K/A LINDSEY LUPFER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY K. SYNDER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 179, STONEMEADE, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 37, PAGE 38 AND 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
