NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-27186, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and MAXINE WHITAKER A/K/A MAXINE W. O'CONNOR A/K/A MAXINE WHITTAKER O'CONNOR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAXINE WHITAKER A/K/A MAXINE W. O'CONNOR A/K/A MAXINE WHITTAKER O'CONNOR ; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
