Final Judgment was awarded on September 24, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-050612, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL INC TRUST 2006-NC4 is the Plaintiff and, SONY CONSTANT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SONY CONSTANT N/K/A MARY CONSTANT; DORVIL D. JOSEPH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORVIL D. JOSEPH; JANE DOE N/K/A CIMON PIERRE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 16, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 12, UNIT 2, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 204, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
