Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-054352 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and, RHONDA SEVERANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JENNA SEVERANCE ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 17, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 2218, Unit 33, Cape Coral Subdivision, According to The Plat Thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 40 to 61, Inclusive, in The Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
