Lot 91, MAGNOLIA LAKES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 83, at Pages 17 through 22, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida Strap #05-45-26-08-00000.0910
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on November 17, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
