NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed October 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2008-CA-004818 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of First NLC Trust 2007-1 Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Pablo Melendez and Angelica Melendez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, November 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1796, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
