Matyas and Norma J. Matyas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on December 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 17, 18 AND 19, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1523, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
