NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 18 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-62417, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and rene labrada, unknown spouse of rene labrada and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, block 35, unit 9, section 28, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof as recordED in deed book 252, page 466 and plat book 15, page 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
