UNIT WEEK 20 IN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NUMBER 304 AND ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF BONITA RESORT & CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1554 AT PAGES 2044-2114, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY.
at a public sale to the highest and best bidder, beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on November 17, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
