NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-057509, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders of cwalt 2005-16 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LORRAINE HERRENKOHL a/k/a LORRAINE L. HERRENKOHL, _______________ HERRENKOHL, unknown spouse of LORRAINE HERRENKOHL a/k/a LORRAINE L. HERRENKOHL, if married, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, acting solely as nominee for AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; SANIBEL SIESTA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit u-62, barcelona-building 5, of sanibel siesta apartments, according to the declaration of condominium thereof on file and recorded on august 16, 1974 in official records book 1050 at page 1083 and as amended in official records book 1111 at page 675, official records book 1233 at page 34 and official records book 1552 at page 76, in the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided 1/62nd interest as tenant in common in and to the common elements as the same is established and identified in the declaration of condominium.
